Some projects need a current survey as the basis for a site plan. Send one if you have it; otherwise, tell us. Kantu does not perform land surveying or establish property boundaries, and any required survey must be supplied by you or a qualified surveyor.
Yes. We can coordinate the agreed drawings with your contractor using supplied field measurements, photos and consolidated feedback. We’ll agree on who provides information and who approves revisions before drafting begins.
No. Kantu provides drafting and documentation. Engineering design, calculations and licensed seals are separate from base drafting. Licensed seals can be coordinated through partner professionals when required by jurisdiction. Permit approval remains with the reviewing authority; submission responsibilities are defined in your scope.
