A clear site plan connects the proposed work to the property around it. We organize the supplied survey or base information into a legible drawing showing the existing and proposed improvements.
Simple properties typically range from $350–$600; medium or complex properties from $600–$1,200. The available base information and level of exterior detail affect the quote.
A drawing is not a survey
We use the information supplied for drafting. We do not establish legal boundaries or collect topographic survey data. If reliable site information is missing, we identify the gap before treating it as a verified dimension.
