Typical fees range from $800–$1,800 per project, or approximately $0.10–$0.28 per square foot depending on scope. The pricing approach is confirmed in the quote.
Drafting and engineering have different scopes
Drafting fees do not include load calculations, system design or engineering seals. If the project requires licensed engineering, partner coordination can be scoped separately based on availability and jurisdiction.
