This website describes Kantu’s drafting and visualization services. Published pricing is indicative. A written project quote or agreement defines the services, deliverables, schedule, revision scope, payment terms and file rights for a specific project. Sending an inquiry does not create a project agreement.
Drafting and professional services
Drafting and documentation services. Licensed seals coordinated through partner professionals when required by jurisdiction. Kantu is not presented as a licensed architecture or engineering firm. Engineering design, analysis, calculations and signatures are not included in base drafting fees. Any professional coordination is subject to scope, jurisdiction and availability.
Permit decisions and source information
Plan sets may be prepared for permit submission, but approval and review timing remain with the reviewing authority. Source information, field measurements and existing drawings supplied for drafting must be identified clearly. Unverified conditions should be raised during scoping and checked by the appropriate responsible party before construction.
Portfolio and website content
Portfolio images illustrate the studio’s supplied work. They are not construction documents for use on another site and do not establish project-specific rights or approvals. Ask the studio before reusing website images or drawings.
Uploads and project files
Only submit files you are authorized to share. Do not upload malicious code or unrelated sensitive information. Editable source file delivery is an optional add-on and must be included in the project quote.
