Start with the reviewing jurisdiction
A Texas mailing address alone does not tell us which submission process applies. Send the project address and any communication you have received from the relevant city or authority. We scope drawings around that project context rather than treating every Texas permit set as interchangeable.
A DFW-focused drafting partner
Our initial market is Dallas–Fort Worth. Architectural drafting, site plans, trade packages and visualization can be coordinated remotely, with licensed partner review added where required and available. We do not claim offices throughout the state.
Plan the information handoff
For an addition, gather the current layout and available survey. For interior work, send measured conditions and the proposed changes. For new construction, include base property information and the intended sheet list. Ask the reviewing authority about documents outside the drafting scope.
Explore local DFW guidance
Our directory of the 20 largest DFW cities connects each city with local building character, project challenges and official review resources. Find the guide for your address, then send the applicable requirements with your project information.
