The base information matters
A drafting service does not verify boundaries merely by drawing them. A survey or other appropriate source may be needed to establish reliable property information. Kantu’s site-plan scope excludes boundary verification, topographic survey, civil engineering and drainage calculations.
Before requesting a quote
Gather the available survey, address, proposed work and any city feedback. Tell us when the base document was prepared and whether changes have occurred since then. Do not assume an online parcel image resolves survey requirements.
