Foundation drafting documents the layout and notes provided for the project. We coordinate the drawing geometry with the architectural information and flag missing or inconsistent direction.
Do not treat drafting as foundation design
Foundation engineering is a separate professional scope. Review and sealing may be coordinated through licensed partners when required, with a typical coordination add-on of approximately $400–$1,500 depending on the project. Availability and actual engineering services are confirmed separately.
